Precautions for installation and use of sealing ring:

(1) cannot install the wrong direction and destroy the lip edge. A bruise more than 50 microns from the lip can cause a noticeable oil leak.

(2) prevent mandatory installation. Do not use a hammer, but use a special tool to press the seal ring into the hole, and then use a simple cylinder to protect the lip through splines. Before installation, apply lubricating oil to the lips to facilitate installation and prevent burns during initial operation. Pay attention to cleaning.

(3) prevent overdue use. The service life of rubber seals with dynamic seals is generally 3000 ~ 5000h, and a new sealing ring should be replaced in time.

(4) the size of sealing ring replacement should be consistent. To strictly follow the requirements of the manual, choose the same size of the sealing ring, otherwise can not ensure the tightness and other requirements.

(5) avoid using old sealing ring. When using a new sealing ring, also want to carefully check its surface quality, determine no holes, bumps, cracks and grooves and other defects and enough flexibility after use.

(6) during installation, all parts of the open hydraulic system should be cleaned strictly, and it is best to use special tools to prevent fingers from being scratched by sharp metal edges.

(7) when replacing the sealing ring, check the groove of the sealing ring strictly, remove dirt and polish the bottom of the groove.

(8) in order to prevent damage and oil leakage, the operation must be in accordance with the procedures, and the machine should not be overloaded for a long time or put in a relatively bad environment.
